Vendor Agreement & Conditions

(Effective Date: 1st Jan 2025)

  • Route Length & Design

    • Minimum length: 125 km (measured between stations).
    • Must include route markers and realistic distances.
    • DEM (SRTM) data and Google Maps API overlay are mandatory.
    • Division of routes into parts is not allowed.

  • Asset Usage

    • Assets must be either your own or from HR GAME WORLD.
    • Use of other publishers’ assets requires permission.
    • Maximum of two publishersā€™ assets per route.

  • Pricing Rules

    • ā‚¹3/km if one publisher’s assets are used.
    • ā‚¹2.5/km if two publishers’ assets are used.

  • Mandatory Features

    • Quick Drive scenario with free rolling stock (FAST LINE GAMES and HR GAME WORLD).
    • If electrified, OHE components must meet real-world standards.
    • Release must include 50% completed scenery; updates required every two months.

  • Development Timelines

    • Route must be finalized within 1.5 years.
    • Two scenarios per month must be released until 25 error free scenarios are completed.

  • Vendor Responsibilities

    • Resolve customer issues within one week.
    • Provide regular updates and new scenarios monthly.
    • 20% admin charges reserved for HR GAME WORLD.

  • Compliance and Penalties

    • Fine of 30 times the product price for delisting without valid reason.
    • Agreement termination if conditions are violated; existing customers retain product access.
    • Selling the product on any platform other than www.hrgameworld.com is strictly prohibited. Doing so will be considered a violation of T&C point 6 and will also make the individual liable for damages under T&C point 11.

  • Sales and Payments

    • Payments settled every 15 days of month meaning twice a month.
    • Discounts or free offers made available by the vendors still incur admin commission on base fare of products.

  • Eligibility and Documentation

    • Vendors must be 18+ years old.
    • Submit valid Indian government ID proof (Aadhaar or PAN).

  • Rewards for Compliance

    • Consistent adherence to rules grants exclusive perks and extra benefits.
šŸš« Failure to comply with these terms may result in product delisting until compliance is achieved. Delisting does not terminate the digital agreement. HRGAMEWORLD reserves the right to take action against non-compliant vendors. HR Game World reserves the right to amend the rules as needed based on future circumstances !!!

Terms and Conditions for Premium Scenario Creation

šŸ’¼ 1. Route Eligibility:

šŸ› ļø 2. Free Scenario Prerequisite:

  • A Premium Scenario will only be approved if the respective route already has at least 5 error-free Free Scenarios available on the site.

šŸ’ø 3. Pricing and Commission Structure:

  • Basic Scenario: Maximum price capped at ā‚¹30.
  • Lua Scripted Scenario: Maximum price capped at ā‚¹50.
  • 12.1% commission on each sale will be retained by HR Game World as a service charge.

āœ… 4. Quality Assurance:

  • All uploaded scenarios must be thoroughly tested and verified as 100% error-free before submission.

ā±ļø 5. Error Resolution and Penalty Policy:

  • If any error is reported by users and the creator is found responsible:
    • The creator must fix and re-upload the scenario within 24 hours.
    • Repeated errors in the same scenario will result in a penalty of ā‚¹2500, payable by the creator.

  • HR Game World will not be liable for any refund of the commission under any circumstances.
