(For Routes, Add-ons & Digital Products)

    Last Updated: 01 Dec 2025
Applicable To: All reviewers, streamers, content creators, and users

 1. Right to Review (Consumer Rights)

We fully respect the right of every customer, reviewer, and content creator to:

    •  Play, review, record, and live stream any legally purchased product.

    • Share honest opinions and gameplay experiences with the audience.

This policy does not restrict freedom of expression or fair criticism.

 2. Responsible Review Requirement

Before publishing any public review, recorded video, or live stream, reviewers are strongly advised to:

    • Test the product offline or privately at least once.

    • Ensure the product is:
        • Properly installed

        • Up-to-date

        • Run using recommended system requirements.

This helps avoid misinterpretation caused by local system issues or incorrect setup.

3. Reporting Issues Before Public Streaming

If any of the following issues are observed:

    • Route loading errors

    • Missing assets

    • Visual or functional abnormalities

    • Performance or signaling issues

The reviewer is requested to:

    • Inform the developer/seller prior to public live streaming, via:
        • Official support channel

        • Email

        • Support ticket

        • Direct message (where available)

This allows the developer a fair opportunity to verify and fix the issue.

4. Disclaimer During Live Streams & Reviews

When live streaming or reviewing, reviewers must clearly state:

    • “This is my personal experience on my system.”

    • “Issues shown may be system-specific or installation-specific.”

    • “Developer confirmation is pending, if applicable.”

This ensures transparency and protects viewers from misleading assumptions.

5. No Unverified Technical Claims

Reviewers should not present unverified statements such as:

    • “The route file is wrong”

    • “The product is broken”

    • “This is a defective release”

Unless:

    • The issue is confirmed by the developer, or

    • The issue is reproducible across multiple systems.

Unverified claims may be considered misrepresentation.

6. Fair Representation of Commercial Products

All reviews and streams must:

    • Avoid exaggerated, misleading, or defamatory statements.

    • Distinguish clearly between:
        • Opinion

        • Fact

        • Assumption

Constructive criticism is welcome; damaging misrepresentation is not.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The developer/seller shall not be held responsible for:

    • Issues caused by:
        • Incorrect installation

        • Third-party modifications

        • System configuration

        • Outdated dependencies

Such issues should be labeled as environment-specific, not product defects.

8. Correction & Update Responsibility

If a reviewer later discovers that:

    • An issue was resolved by update, or

    • The issue was not product-related,

The reviewer is encouraged to:

    • Update the audience

    • Add clarification in description or comments

This supports a healthy creator–developer ecosystem.

9. Right to Respond

The developer reserves the right to:

    • Publicly respond with factual clarification

    • Provide evidence or fixes

    • Request correction where false information is presented

This response will always be professional and non-abusive.

10. Legal Compliance

Any review or stream that:

    • Contains false statements presented as facts

    • Causes measurable commercial damage

    • Is made with negligence or disregard for verification

May fall under applicable laws relating to:

    • Commercial Disparagement

    • Negligent Misstatement

    • Digital Content Misrepresentation

11. Acceptance of Policy

By reviewing, streaming, or publishing content related to our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

We welcome honest reviews and feedback.
Our only request is fairness, verification, and responsible presentation.
